EMBARRASSED BY NIGHT (VIETNAMESE AMERICAN COMEDY)

The only Vietnamese American standup comedy variety showcase in the world, Embarrassed by Night is a tongue-in-cheek tribute to the massively popular Vietnamese variety show Paris by Night, simultaneously upending and homaging traditional models of Vietnamese entertainment. Bay Area natives Fred Le and Andy Van created Embarrassed by Night in 2022, and has sold out theaters and comedy clubs in San Jose, Pasadena, Sacramento, and Orange County. 
The show makes its debut in San Diego, with a lineup of Vietnamese comedians from all over California as well as friends of the Vietnamese comedy community. San Diegans can enjoy local Asian comics as well as comedians well-established in Los Angeles.
